Payment

• Invoices for hourly work are sent on the first of the month for the work completed in the preceding month. Payment is due within 5 days of the date of invoice.
• Contract invoices are sent as soon as the milestone for payment is reached. Payment is expected within 5 days of the date of the invoice. Work will not continue on the project until payment for the preceding milestone is made.
• A late fee of $15 or 5%, whichever is greater, will be assessed on any invoice more than 30 days overdue.
• If a monthly invoice becomes 60 days over due, no further work will be completed on any project for that client until the account is brought current.
• Once an invoice becomes 90 days overdue it will be forwarded to a collection agent and no further work will be accepted from that client.
• Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, check, money order, direct deposit, and wire transfer.
• There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Should a check be returned for insufficient funds, no further checks will be accepted from that client.
• These payment policies help us keep receivables low so that we can bring you the best prices possible.

Telephone Calls

Graphic Technique’s work requires concentration and long stretches of uninterrupted time to complete. We strive to provide each client a high quality product and often the work scheduled for completion on any particular day is calendared well in advance. Accordingly, we have the following telephone policies.

• It is recommended that telephone calls are scheduled through email. In your email please include what you want to discuss, how much time you expect to need and some dates/times when you are available. Graphic Technique needs at least 24 hours notice to schedule a telephone call. The more time you need for the call, the more lead time we need to schedule it.
• All calls have a hard stop time.  If your call is going to exceed the time allotted, you may be requested to schedule additional time on a different date.
• Calls that exceed 15 minutes will be billed at the current hourly rate. This includes calls regarding work governed flat fee arrangements and contracts.
• For calls 15 minutes or less, 12 hours-notice is required for cancellation or the client will be assessed a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. A client is considered a no-show if he/she does is more than 5 minutes late to the call and will be assessed a no-show fee.
• For calls that exceed 15 minutes, 24 hours-notice is required for cancellation or the client will be assessed a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. A client is considered a no-show if he/she is more than 10 minutes late to the call and will be assessed a no-show fee.
• In its sole discretion, Graphic Technique may waive the cost for telephone calls on a case by case basis.
